Zen Brain, LLC ("Zen Brain," "we," "us") operates ZenBrain.Academy, the Zen Brain Blueprint Newsletter, Zen Brain Academy, and soon the HeyZenith.ai app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address. If a form asks for anything else, such as your first name, that field is optional unless marked otherwise. We also receive standard technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and which pages you visited. Our email platform records whether emails were opened and which links were clicked. We do not collect health information, and we ask that you do not send us any.

How we use it
To send you the newsletter and any content you requested, such as the 7-Day Digital Brain Reset. To understand which content is useful so we can make more of it. To respond when you write to us. To meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with advertisers.

Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf, including our email and website platform (Beehiiv), our file hosting provider, and analytics tools. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.

Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

Your choices and rights
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing email immediately. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to request a copy of your data, to object to processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

How long we keep it
We keep subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Children
This site and our content are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. By subscribing, you understand your information may be transferred to and stored in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
